I had the absolute best time staying here! The King Suite Whirlpool Non-Smoking room was spacious and had this fantastic whirlpool tub that felt like pure luxury. Plus, the cookies at check-in were a good surprise that set the perfect tone for my stay!

I loved that we were just a short walk from Brookfield Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and also enjoyed being less than 2 km from all the fun cafes and eateries, making our weekend explorations truly enjoyable.

The hotel had a clean and safe environment with comfortable beds. However, some areas need serious attention, like the poorly maintained bathrooms and unkempt outdoor pools. Staff were friendly and helpful, though the dining experience left much to be desired with a disappointing breakfast.

Had a great time! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home, especially with our pup. They even gave us cookies at check-in! 🥳 The room was spacious and comfy. Just wish the outdoor pool wasn’t algae-filled. Still, the restaurant vibes were nice!
